The Metaphorm Programme
The Metaphorm programme was created by Pamela Turton-Collens and is a unique, holistic approach, incorporating elements of life-coaching strategies, NLP, EFT and current thinking in positive psychology. The title, Metaphorm, is made up from some of these elements:

'Meta' refers to a higher level of learning, where we can bring about change easily and naturally when we deal with our core beliefs and values.
'Metaphor' is about the way we represent our experience and the ‘stories’ we tell ourselves. When we create a new metaphor for ourselves, it is a powerful way of accessing our unconscious mind and activating change, usually at an unconscious level.
'Metaphorm' is also a play on the word ‘metamorph‘, introducing the idea of something transformed.

The programme is a 10 hour course, 2 hours each morning, Monday to Friday. It is based on NLP insights and skills, positive psychology and EFT. You can also choose to explore moving metaphors by joining me for the Tai Chi (using Nikki Winston’s approach) which will complement and reinforce the positive changes you will experience during your breakthrough break! Because you are on holiday, you will find that you are in a relaxed and resourceful state to learn, and it is expected that you will continue to absorb and reflect on the benefits of the Metaphorm coaching throughout each day.
